We believe in magic
when there is so much pain.
It closes off our minds,
letting our hearts fly so high.
How can you feel the burn,
when there is no visible torrid fire.
It is your immortal soul
enabling you to feel a passion.
How do you catch yourself
from falling to the proverbial ground.
Who truly catches you
from falling and crashing to earth.
Is it an unforeseen hand,
or is God proving his existence.
Maybe just a loved one
trying to save you from yourself.
Do you breathe easier
knowing love is in the freshest air.
Your soul is protected
by something unforeseen in the soul.
